Finished the tiny longies on Saturday like I hoped! I think they came out pretty with the color & stitch texture symmetry. I’m about 35% into the Seamless Infant Kimono. I did have to frog it once, because I didn’t have the pattern printed out yet & I just can’t go by memory with other [...]

LG soaker shorts. Yarn is TIG Kirsty on Carys BFL.
I felt the need to revamp my soaker pattern as with the waistband style I prefer just wasn’t keeping it’s shape as well as I would have liked. I’m thrilled with this new style- based off my longies/shorts pattern!

I know there are a few people out there who I promised this pattern to, so I figured I’d blog a free pattern for everyone. This pattern will tell you how to make “sleepsacks” for cloth diapered small babies. I’ve modified my pattern twice & made my latest change just recently- kick room [...]

After months of sitting unfinished, I cuffed the Barrett soaker. It’s just one round of single crochet, but I like how awesomely trim it is under clothing. :cheery: It fits Dane perfectly, so it’s a good thing I finished it.
Made from my improvised soaker pattern with the cottony-soft Peregrine merino from Three Irish Girls. [...]

If you knit longies & shorts for your cloth diapered babes & find yourself growing tired of the same old cuff options- rolled, ribbed, ruffled, garter, et cetera. I am starting a series that will help you get over the monotony of the same old- same old by trying some new cuff styles.

This particular pair of longies were knit with Cuddle Me’s Toucan on Blue Face Leicester yarn. I scored these two balls of Toucan from Lily Pad Landing late last summer. The legs are the same length, I assure you.. I just cuffed one of them. Speaking of cuffs, I’ve been bored with the [...]
