I messed around with my theme’s CSS until I managed to find a solution to my white space issue. I think it looks nice and a lot cleaner this way, so I may not put a holiday theme up just yet. Or I may make a fun change to the header alone for the holidays- who knows.

I added a few more links to the top of the header to my project gallery as well as the HC shop (still needs a decent layout). I’m thinking about raffles on my HC when I introduce my new holiday colorways.

*Edited to add: I forgot to mention a little on some upcoming pattern ideas I had. I am rethinking my Harry Potter “Foods” pattern series to writing it book form.
To make up for it a bit, I have two free holiday patterns in the works that I plan to publish on my blog- a pumpkin pie (whole, in a tin or pie plate depending on yarn colors used) and a treacle tart (the sort you would find at the Hogwarts dining table).
