Living out here in the country means that we have use of a septic tank. No city water out this far! Septic tanks can have issues when soil conditions do not provide enough percolation, not enough water to keep it working through winters, & many other serious problems. We have yet to experience any issues with our septic tank or system, but if we were to have to go with something new I would want to go with a septic tank like the ones that BioTank has to offer.
The septic systems that BioTanks offers are the latest in sewage treatment technology. The cool thing is that these systems recycle water, allowing the cleaned water to be used for watering gardens, farm irrigation, or for watering animals & livestock.
