There is a really great orchestra performance in Raleigh coming up in early November. The N.C. Symphony’s Classical Series: Branford Marsalis Quartet performs November second & the third. The program listing includes Michael Daugherty’s Sunset Strip, Ned Rorem’s Lions (A Dream), as well as Mussorgsky/Ravel’s Pictures at an Exhibition.
