There have been times that I’ve used blogging as a tool to spread gossip. Oh yes! It’s been some time since I’ve actually blogged about any gossip (I’ve grown up, LOL) but there were definitely times when I used my blogs to stir the pot- so to speak. Gossip Girl on The CW is a brand new show premiering on the nineteenth of this month (yep, just a week away!). Gossip Girl uses her blog to gossip about all of her social circle’s activities. Gossip Girl is anonymous, so no one can quite figure out who or WHY these things are being blogged about them!

Gossip Girl is a teen drama brought to you by the same creator of The O.C., which K used to have a great fondness for (I used to tease him unmercifully about how he couldn’t miss The O.C.!), Josh Schwartz & Stephanie Savage. The show is based on a novel series by the writer Cecily von Ziegesar. Gossip Girl takes place in New York’s Upper East Side where numerous young adult socialites are facing the everyday struggles of growing up attending elite academic institutions whilst dealing with sex, drugs, as well as other typical teenage issues. Gossip Girl herself narrates the series about stirring the drama pot & creating rivalries in this exclusive yet vicious circle of young friends.
