One HOT momma

We had a heat advisory today that expires in a little over fifteen minutes. Our garden needs watering badly as it’s been ÃœBER dry here. We’re about seventeen inches low on rain this summer. Good thing we have well water, so the conservation law doesn’t apply like it does in town, but I’m still being careful with how much water I use.
I did manage to clean my kitchen, so I am happy. Normally I’d take everyone outside while I water the garden, but I think I’ll water when I get them to bed. For now though it’s time for a Lord of the Rings marathon. (See, there’s that nerd thing again..)

Ugh, I know what you mean. We’ve also been under a heat advisory for quite a while now - even a fire ban in some places. It’s so dry and hot…it’s miserable. I feel your pain!
And yay for clean kitchens!

We have our own special water over here also, we can use all the water we want, and someone told me there’s no chloride inside of it, it’s twice as good. (believe it or not :P)
But my parents still say I have to watch out on how much I use it *I don’t though*
