Berry Slaw

1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup unsweetened apple or cranberry juice
2 tbs sweet pickle juice
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
6 cups shredded cabbage
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup dried cranberries
In a large bowl, combine the vinegar, apple juice, sugar, pickle juice, salt & pepper; add cabbage. Toss gently to coat. Cover & refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, stir in strawberries & cranberries. It’s a tart, refreshing twist to the same old cole slaw!
