So we are supposed to be the AOL “free account” right.. well they charged us AGAIN. This is the THIRD TIME. I’m not sure what they don’t understand we are saying when we call & tell them to give us the FREE account. Money has been extra tight this pay period since we had vacation & a holiday in the same week- I mean we usually have a budget as it is- but being tighter than usual, the AOL charge overdrafted our account!
